Clear standards to provide an unhurried, comfortable dining service.
To ensure gracious pacing for all guests, tables of 1-3 guests are allocated 2 hours, and parties of 4 or more are hosted for 2.5 hours. Please let us know if you wish to enjoy a prolonged tasting flight.
